Faculty Biography
CPT Jeffery S. Hogue, MS, USA
Captain Hogue is a native of Pascagoula, Mississippi. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Mississippi Army National Guard and attended college at the University of Mobile in Mobile, Alabama. Upon completion of a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine in 1996, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Medical Service Corps. His military education includes the Army Medical Department Officer Basic and Advanced Courses and the Joint Medical Planner's Course.
Captain Hogue has served in a variety of positions to include: Medical Platoon Leader, 1-64 Armor Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia, Assistant S4, 3rd Infantry Division Support Command, Fort Stewart, Georgia, Operations Officer, Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia, S3, 14th Field Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia, Commander, Headquarters Company, 14th Field Hospital, Fort Benning, Georgia, Chief, Training and Exercises, 30th Medical Brigade, Heidelberg, Germany, Commander, Bravo Company, 67th Combat Support Hospital, Mosul, Iraq, Assistant Plans Officer, 30th Medical Brigade, Heidelberg, Germany, and most recently, Commander, Headquarters Company, 30th Medical Brigade, Heidelberg, Germany.
Captain Hogue's awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, the Army Achievement Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Medal, the National Defense Service Medal with Bronze Star, the Army Service Ribbon, and the Airborne Badge.
